Rupal has practiced architecture for sixteen years, both in the United States and India. She has served as Principal-in-Charge and Project Architect / Manager for numerous educational, municipal, and institutional facilities. She was a part of our parent firm H. Barker Architects for eleven years before creating Design Plus, LLC. Rupal's extensive experience with public projects, combined with her exceptional ability to resolve complex issues and manage client resources make her a vital team leader. Rupal also possesses technical expertise in building systems coordination, building codes, and ADA regulations, especially accessibility standards. Rupal is fond of dancing, and this activity is sometimes weaves its way into design work.
